Health Quality Innovator’s (HQI) Physician Services has real-time access to best practices, tools and strategies for a successful evolution to a paperless clinical environment for using electronic health records (EHRs) as a tool for delivering higher value care. With nearly 10 years of experience in ambulatory EHR implementation, our staff also has a wealth of clinical, practice management, and health information technology expertise.

HQI’s experience includes the Medicare Quality Improvement Organization Program’s national EHR clinical data reporting project, currently assisting practices in Virginia and Maryland with PQRS reporting, and previously leading the QIO Program’s national EHR adoption initiative.

Physician Services works closely with the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, the two federal agencies with national responsibility for EHR adoption, meaningful use standard-setting, and EHR incentives.
